Brandon Roberts is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin, where he attended on an academic scholarship. He went on to earn his MBA, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This academic foundation endowed Brandon with a deep understanding of identifying market opportunities, managing complex operations, and crafting effective go-to-market strategies.
After graduating, he founded his first digital marketing venture, which, despite its initial failure, was instrumental in shaping his future success. Undeterred by early setbacks, Brandon refined his strategy and turned his attention towards the healthcare sector, where he forged valuable partnerships with physicians, locally and nationwide.
This collaboration facilitated his involvement in a holistic healthcare clinic, granting him firsthand insight into the intricacies of healthcare management, as he was in-clinic daily helping manage the direction of the business. This led to Brandon becoming more involved in helping on the medical side of the business. Getting his certification first in Phlebotomy, then IV Nutrient Therapy, and finally his CMA Certification during his time helping build the clinics.
Leveraging this experience, Brandon transitioned back into healthcare marketing, where he consistently delivered exceptional results for his clients. His passion for empowering others ultimately led him to focus full-time on providing strategic marketing support to healthcare organizations nationwide! Allowing him to utilize his experience helping as many patients, clients and customers alike.
Kellye Roberts
CFO & Director of Talent Acquisitions
Kellye Roberts, brings over 13 years of extensive experience in the Aerospace & Aviation staffing industry, having worked with some of the leading agencies globally. Notably, she has held significant roles at prominent organizations like Strom Aviation and PDS Tech. During her tenure at PDS Tech, Inc., an acclaimed specialty recruiting firm. Working from warehousing jobs, to fulfilling the staffing needs of some of the biggest brands, Kellye climbed the ranks to become a Senior Recruiting & Account Manager with a strong background in sales.

With her well established roots in aerospace and defense engineering, team leadership and management, she is renowned for her exceptional employment experiences while closing and servicing major clients such as Boeing, GulfStream and Lockheed Martin. Kellye's track record in managing complex recruitment processes and fostering strong client relationships underscores her invaluable contribution to the industry. Thankfully she now has her sights set back on helping more small businesses fill their staffing needs in our Collaboration with Nickerson Staffing.
